I'm completely lost in life

Chris D

I don't know where to go or what to say or what to do anymore, i'm completely lost. I can't take it anymore, i have a family member who is going in for an operation next wk and so she will need looking after, so how am i meant to fill the requirements i have with centrelink and try and stay well enough to look for work and look after this family member, i've already got enough going on in my head.

I feel like bursting out into tears, i can't take it i'm lost at what to do next. Got no motivation, no drive anymore absolutely pathetic. All i want is a person to listen to me and to give me a hug and put their hand on my back to tell me it's going to be ok.

I feel so alone, so isolated. Even today at a group that i go to i felt all day i was ready to burst into tears. Just want to hit my life away because it's no life at all.I need company but i feel no one wants me or wants to hear from me, it's like they have no time for me feel like a piece of trash lying in the gutter just deteriorating away in the rain.

I just want to cry but the tears won't come, i can feel they are there but not in a position to be let out.

Can anyone provide company and a hug for me please, i really need it please.

Kind Regards

Chris

Hi Chris

Mate … you’ve got support here and there’s a stack of us who are giving you major hugs RIGHT NOW.   Chris, you’re in a low patch right now.

You say you go to a group session … do you feel this is being beneficial for you?

What about your GP?  When was your last session there?   To me it sounds like you really need to make yourself an appointment and now.  This is extremely important.

And you seem to be taking on the role of family support to all … but I don’t think you’re in a position to be able to provide this … because you NEED support and help as well.  How are you going to provide caring support to this family member if you suffer a breakdown?

Please Chris, I hope you can source out some professional assistance and soon.  And in the meantime, keep coming back to here as well.  We’ll be here for you.

 Kind regards

Neil

Hi Chris it's Mares. I've been wondering how you are? Is your girlfriend near you or have you talked to her lately? It must be hard dealing with a family member who is ill given your not feeling good yourself at the moment. Chris forgive me for my memory but do you see a pyschiatrist on an ongoing basis? What about other things like support groups & seeing a Pyschologist. Is your experience of the illness that you have depression or are you also managing several conditions. I don't mean to be intrusive & please don't answer those questions unless you want to. I was just trying to get a sense of your current situation & ways I could support you. Hope to hear from you soon, Take Care, your friend-Mares xxx

Hi Chris,

Like Mares, I'm wondering how you are ... and there's a whole host of your friends on this site who are concerned for you.

I hope that you've been going "ok" over the last couple of days.

It'd be awesome to hear back from you ... whenever you feel comfortable to do so.

Kind regards

Neil

Hi All,

I have been reading what all of you have been posting for me and for that i say THANKYOU. I try to reply the other day but BB  didn't post it for some reason. It wasn't a bad post or anything, so i don't know why it didn't get posted.

There is alot of things going on in my life at the moment, not me personally but also my mum is worrying about her surgery on Wednesday so i try and have to help her and myself who i ahven't been well for over a wk now.

Head is just ready to explode.  I feel alot of pressure at the moment from alot of different directions e.g. people and i just can't take it.

Hey Chris,

For some reason my replies to you haven't come on (I still don't know why)

I am worried too, like Neil and Mares.  Even just a quick post to say hi everyone I am okay.

Just so we know you are okay.

Thinking of you, pls take care

Jo
