Hello everyone! 😄
I don't know if anyone has made this yet, but I wanted to make a thread about TV shows. I know I'm obsessed with them and they help me bring me out of depression so I thought, how about everyone else? Well I'm going to get started and name my top TV shows which are:
1. Doctor Who
2.Supernatural
3.Sherlock
4.Orange is the New Black
5.Once upon a Time
And plenty more! So just put down you favourite TV shows down and we can talk... yea.... 😄

I am constantly watching TV shows, I hate the silence and being with my own thoughts.
There is far too many to choose from but I love;
Hannibal (only show where you can love a cannibal)
American Horror Story
Breaking Bad
Orange is the Black
And Ghost Adventures

Hi the_motorcycle_boy,
Close. Police Story was a series based on the experiences of Joseph Wambaugh (he wrote The Choirboys, The Blue Knight and others) and each week depicted a different situation and often different -but sometimes recurring - characters. The series tackled issues like Police that drank on duty, or behaved corruptly, or suffered P.T.S.D. from exposure to trauma and so on.
One episode featured Angie Dickinson and it was so popular they offered her a spin-off series, Police Woman.
Kind regards, John.

Hi CrashCoyote (John),
Thanks a lot for filling me in about "Police Story" (and Angie Dickinson). I remember it being an excellent show. For me, dealing with "real issues" made it unique and high quality entertainment. I'm just recalling another police show I really liked, "Hill Street Blues" by Steven Bocho? which was very popular, I think, in the eighties.
To Overthelamebow, some more "early" TV shows that I liked included "Get Smart" plus a stack of other comedies from that era. Nowadays, I enjoy watching Rockwiz and sometimes the Mentalist.

1) Touched by an Angel
2) Judging Amy
3) The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon
4) Lateline
5) The Business with Tikki Fullerton (added bonus of saying the name Tikki Fullerton)
6) Family Feud
7) Home and Away Catch Up
Also, I love to go to the local video show and recently I watched the whole 5 season series of 'The Ghost Whisperer' and series 0ne of 'United States of tara,' - seasons 2 and 3 of this show have not been released to DVD which I think Julia Gillard should please negotiate with DreamWorks to make this happen

This is my last post for tonight as I MUST go to bed. However what a great chat to leave it on, fav TV show.
1. Project Runway & PR Allstars & Under the Gunn (Tim Gunn - mentor on PR)
2. Ray Donovan - Cleverly written script - Jon Voight rocks as Leiv Schriver's father on the show. Never new he was such a funny ironic guy until this show.
3. The Big C - Oliver Platt makes me laugh at his ironic black humour. Very smart.
4. Mad Men - haven't started watching it but thanks to new Netflix can now watch.
5. ER - well this is not on anymore but when it was it was like a religion to me. I loved the show. All the characters were interesting.
6. Law & Order & Cold Case - not on really anymore - all of them were pretty interesting. I am hopefully going to be mentally up to studying a Bachelor of Criminology & Criminal Justice thanks to watching these shows...
Good night sleep tight, 'til next time.

Just wondering if there's any other Fargo fans out there? I'm hooked, it's soooo good. Bit hard to follow sometimes though - might need the dvd.
Cheers

Hello everyone. Some good TV programs listed here.
I have a wide range of TV shows I enjoy watching. Smallville (yes reruns), Sliders, The Flash, The Big Bang Theory, Whose Line Is It Anyway, Criminal Minds, The Walking Dead and The X-Files. I'm also fond of Frasier, Blackadder even though I don't watch them regularly...I still enjoy those two programs
