The BB cafe is open for business!
Welcome all to a new chill and chat place for everyone on the forum.
The BB cafe is whatever you want it to be. There are comfy sofas, tables and chairs, coffee machines, a kitchen stocked with everything. There's a pool outside, a bbq area, an annexe with comfy beds for a quiet sleep, tv, dvd, books and whatever else you would like to have here.
Most of all, it's a place to meet friends and fellow travellers for a bit of company. Talk over problems, tell jokes, share your day, escape into a world of your making. Grab a coffee and pull up a chair ...
So, with a nod to the wonderful Carole King (Hard Rock Cafe) ...
Now if you're feeling just a little bit lonely
Don't sit at home just mopin'
Come on down to where the friendship flows freely
You know the door is always open
At the BB cafe
Come to the BB cafe
They will help keep your blues at bay
At the BB cafe

Well-made burgers can be amazing. If I found a place that makes really amazing burgers, I'd be getting them more often than I do. For now, I might have a burger twice a year.
I do hope you enjoyed your day, Britishtvfan.
Hello Paul, how have you been?
& Paws, it's lovely to see you in the Cafe.
Hugzies everyone

Hello everyone, 🤗..
Tayla, I’m sorry I missed your birthday but would love to wish you a happy birthday and also that this year is filled with happiness and health for you….
I love hamburgers, unfortunately the shops that sell burgers are 30 kilometres from mine…by the time I get home, it’s cold and not really nice….I am not a person that will eat in public…so I haven’t bought one for many years…..I have made them at home though…and enjoy them, hmmmm I am a messy person when I eat a hamburger 🍔😂😂…
I wonder what happened to our summer….I actually have winter clothes on today, trying to tidy up the mess that the extra strong winds have made….
Very nice to see you and your wonderful avatar again Paul…eagles are one of my favourite birds, I have on that visits the paddock across from mine……Please do look after yourself🤗..
Hi Matchy, it also nice to see you here as well…
A late breakfast for me today….or is it brunch 😂….I’m thinking, bacon, egg and cheese toasted sandwich….I’ll make enough for everyone….your choice of sauce…myself I prefer hot chilli sauce…
Enjoy your day everyone the best you can…hugs to those who need or want one..
Grandy

Morning everyone,
no idea where these last few weeks have gone.
yesterday was a lovely day, mid morning I finally got myself organised to go to craft market in area I hadn’t been before. Didn’t buy anything, 45 minutes drive one way in the car was nice though. Caught up with a relative who told me some exciting news, eldest grandchild of her husbands (2nd marriage for both) and his partner going to become first time parents in few months.
been outside this morning in the lovely sunshine starting to redo my garden beds. Half a fork depth and its clay which in some spots is wet and mucky. going to be a slow, work in progress for awhile. 1 hour this morning to gradually turn over the soil in one narrow garden bed, soil is compacted plus there is the clay.
Currently sitting in my lounge room looking out at 2 very young Jasmine plants on my back fence and couple months fluttering amongst the leaves.
Need to buy some specific wipes this afternoon and start preparing to get my framed paintings plus ‘pet wall of fame’ on display in my passage
hoping everyone has an enjoyable Sunday

Happy birthday Tayla!
I agree Grandy, it feels like we had summer for a little while and now I'm back to wearing winter clothes, hopefully the weather warms up again!
Having said that, it was quite warm today, I was just at work inside all day today so I didn't get to enjoy it much. I did have some lovely watermelon for lunch though, and I forgot how much I miss eating fruit outside in the summertime.
What's everyone's favourite fruit? Mine changes but at the moment I quite like watermelon.

I love fresh cherries.
I am happy to accept cooler wheather, with some rain, so long as it helps to bring the fires under control.
Tomorrow, though,I think I'm allowed to be a little grumpy, going to hydrotherapy, & getting out of the pool I'm going to feel like I'm freezing.
So, afterwards, a toasted sandwich will be very welcome.
Hugzies everyone

I really only like fruit that has been cooked, I know, I'm weird. Be it stewed fruit or fruit cooked in a pastry, pie or biscuits it doesn't need to be hot, but it does need to be cooked. I do love banana fritters or any fritter actually.
