I would just like to take a moment of my time from sitting in hospital worrying about myself and my pain to say thank you to our fallen and living veterans for their service to our country and making it a great place for us to live in.

Your serve to our country will never be forgotten. THANK YOU!

Hello Zaccy77, WW1 marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces, it was meant to be 'the war to end all wars'!

To those families who have lost ones, my sincere apologies, and to those who had to encounter in other wars, I have an expression of regret for everyone involved, not only physically but certainly mentally.

Unfortunately, there has to be an aftermath which is always a great concern for everybody involved, so please, I also offer the very best care to all of you in every aspect.

Remember we are here to help those suffering from any mental illness, please contact us.

Geoff.

Hi Zaccy,

Thank you for creating this thread in respect of the ANZACS. As Geoff has mentioned there are so many people affected by war, fighting keeps on continuing all over this world of ours.

I do sometimes wonder how the world would be had it not been for the bravery, the fighting strength and the willingness of so many men and women to join up for something they may have had no idea about.

Seeing the footage of the battles, the aftermath of war and now all of those graves in Europe for example, makes my heart cry tears of thankfulness and regret for all that happened.

Let us remember all who fight and have fought for this country. People of all different nationalities that came together for the good of the world.

Unfortunately the fighting continues. People return home wounded and damaged. Hopefully all who are involved in conflicts and wars in some way are considered and assisted as they need and deserve.

To any service person reading this, I honour you and humbly appreciate all that you do and have done.

With great respect for our service men and women. From Dools
