You almost got the clue in what I wrote. I wont tell what the clue is or was. As to why I'd going into hiding. I refuse to celebrate certain things without proper supervision. The only people who know are family and a very few old friends who have known me for years. Back when I had a life. Now when I celebrate it it's with much fanfare. Not many people are left standing. All are either dancing or drinking. Or totally pigging out on food. Opps I have said to much, shouldn't have said all that shoud I now. (he he rubbing hands together in glee)

Oooh, you're bating me!

I love a good 'who done it' mystery. Yes, the 3rd Feb in whatever year was a good one! The clue? 30 days and the word 'old'...yes?

Humans are inquisitive creatures aren't we?

I'll set a reminder on my phone lovely. Glad you'll still be around.

If you ever need a good laugh check out the vowel damage on 'Highway Patrol' the doco

Woof!

Couldn't find it Mr woof. Or am I barking mad.

Kanga

Its just a show about Vicpol Highway Patrol pulling people over that is on now and again on free to air TV.

They have a tough job and do it well of course. Some of the officers really have a talent for the 'Aussie Drawl' thus the vowel damage. Gives me shivers...ewww

Barking mad....Excellent 🙂

Woof!

Are you trying to be Monty Burns with Excellent 🙂

Well all can say is.

The road is long, With many a winding turn. That leads us to who know
where. Who knows where, but I'm strong. Strong enough to carry him He ain't heavy, he's my brother. So on we go. His welfare is of my concern. No burden is he to bear. We'll get there. For I know, He would not encumber me. He ain't heavy, he's my brother. If I'm laden at all, I'm laden with sadness. That everyone's heart, Isn't filled with the gladness. Of love for one another. It's a long, long road. From which there is no return.
While we're on the way to there, why not share. And the load, doesn't weigh me down at all. Doesn't weigh me down at all. He ain't heavy he's my brother. He's my brother, he ain't heavy, he's my brother.

Which is how I feel toward most of the people here in BB

Well, as a sister survivor, I'm proud of you!

The pop song you've chosen is of course one of the most powerful of all time. It strikes a cord within even the hardest of people, and rightly so. No-one is too heavy to burden when support is offered thru love.

Beautiful PK...

Sara the best part of that song is it's origin. How it was written, why it was written. It has a strong meaning. We can all learn from.

The story goes that during the depression. A priest started boys town, one of the boys had a disability, and couldn't walk. All the boys would take turns, in carrying him from place to place. On one occasion the boy who was carrying him was asked if the lad was heavy. The response was "He's not heavy he's my brother." Then boys town was started, and the quote became there motto along with a statue.

Then they started girls town, and adopted the motto with appropriate alterations. The girls also put up there own statue. Difference being in stead of one boy carrying another it was one girl carrying another. That is the official background behind the song.

Here in BB it's a similar story. A rag tag bunch all trying to help each other. Some of us have training. Most of us don't. But we try to make the road we all walk a little. Sometimes we all need someone to carry us along for a bit. Or carry someone for a bit.

Sage Kanga Sage (LOL) xxxoooxxx

Bloody brilliant!!!!

This one's going on the fridge and copied to another forum in your name.

Hun, you may be layed up in a nursing home, but your words would challenge even the most highly trained of us. You're right to describe yourself as a sage.

I'm in awe today at the level of beautiful and thought provoking posts on BB. You are among the greats...

Humbled...Sara xoxo
