Konnichiwa Minasan!

Hello peeps...the name of this game is...SCATTERGORIES!.

And, this is how we play...

I am going to set a SUBJECT

i.e.

5 BOYS NAMES THAT START WITH THE LETTER "J"

The next person would have to reply with 5 boys names that start with "J"

i.e.

John

James

Jason

Julian

Juan

THEN they would also have to set the next subject, for the next person...

i.e.

4 COCKTAIL DRINKS...and so on and so forth...

---

So, for our first SCATTERGORY...I choose...

7 ICE CREAM FLAVOURS.

GoodLuck!.

Very Good, Fiatlux. I hope that was a fun thing to do.

I'm not sure how to answe your next, nasty food, to turn chocolate flavoured .. the food ingredients, or a whole dish.

I'm tempted to say, red kidney beans, chilli, & pepper. 'cause I really loathe Chilli con Carni, which my (ex-)step-mother made. Made me feel sick. But if I only chocolatise the beans, chilli & pepper, would that go good with the sauce, mince, onion, & whatevr else is in the pot? Personally. I'm not sure chocolatising individual ingredients can save it.

Or, what if I could make mango, avacado & rockmelon all taste like chocolate? That could turn my fruit salad into a chocolate & fruit dessert.

I don't know what you think, but it seems to me, that with eight billion & more people on this planet, Santa needs more reindeer to full the sleigh. Can you please help Santa name another eight reindeer?

I second your dislike for chilli con carne...

My 8 reindeer are Kangaroos, so here goes...

Boomer

Bogan

Wally

Chookas

Skippy

Bluey

Joey

Keely

And Rudolph would be Kangarella the best looking one.

In keeping with the Christmas theme, please list 6 of your favorite Christmas carols (or not so favorite)

Love Australianising xmas! Good work, Fiatlux

Letsee how I go with Six Silly Season Songs:

1. I particularly like a version of "We Three Kings" which I've heard at the end of the Science Show programme nearest the Saturday before Xmas. Sorry to say, I haven't kept up with my old listening habits, so I'm not sure they still play it.

I don't know if there is a copyright on the words, or not. I feel certain writing some here will be okay, though.

"Wee three Kings of Orient are

One on a tractor,  one in a car,

One on a scooter

Tooting a hooter

Following yonder star

"Oh-oh!" (lively now) "Star of wonder,

Star of night,

Star of beauty -

She'll be right.

Star of glory;

That's the story,

following yonder star!" (& stop.)

2. an old favourite: Jingle bells, Batman smells..." There are at least a few versions of this, all good.

3. Another jingle Bells version begins: "Dashing through the bush in a rusty Holden Ute..." Wonder who wrote it?

4. I always like DECkin  The HALLS.

5, I like our extended 24 Days of Xmas, which will take half the night to sing all the way through - no skipping.

6. I expect by now, you know I'm not religious, however I do enjoy the challenge of trying to sing Glor-or-or-or-or-or, or-or-or-or- or, or-or-or-or-i-a", in a single breath.

Next: Please help me find 4 gifts (of any value), for people who I think have everything they might possibly want. My only restriction is that we do not give lumps of coal to mining magnates - they would like it too much & miss the point!

That’s a great idea, nothing like a bleating good Christmas, so here goes…

1) From Oxfam a Christmas Goat, to help a Farmer, only $53

2) From Unicef, 6 Meals for remote Indigenous Children, only $75

3) From World Vision, Send A Girl To School pack, only $120

4) From Red Cross, Emergency Supplies To Help an Aussie Family through a Disaster, only $65.00

Can you list 5 common household items, that we can live without?
