Hey! Welcome to Friends Cafe.

This is a chill and chat space for young BB members to talk about anything and everything and make new friends.

When school's getting to you, uni or work has got you down, parents, partners, friends don't understand, and especially if you're feeling alone or lonely - come and relax awhile and talk to others who know just how you feel.

Our minds can cause us trouble, but they can also be amazing things that imagine beauty, love and fun. This cafe has everything you can imagine. To start with it's, well, a cafe. So there's chairs and tables, comfy couches for flopping, a big screen tele, unlimited download on computers for games, Spotify (or an old-school jukebox if you prefer), every movie you can think of on instant demand ... whatever you want, it's here. Post and tell us what'd you'd like.

Plus, there's an infinite menu of whatever food or drinks takes your fancy. And it's all free!

To kick it off, today we have a special range of Monster Milkshakes - those thick gooey shakes topped with cronuts, chocolate bars, cake, cookies ... whatever you want. And if you can get through one of them, you're a legend (and probably feeling a little bit sick LOL!)

Welcome friends.

Hi lulu,

Favourite movie...I really liked memento. But I think the Lord of the Rings triology, specifically the special features lol. Honestly, I probably liked the special features more than the movies themselves. Seeing behind the scenes stuff is awesome.

I just read the synopsis of goodbye christopher robin. it looks so sad!

Hi james

one of my friends favourite movies is momento. It is sad. I suppose i am drawn to emotional movies.

I haven’t seen all the lord of the rings. I am more of a Harry Potter fan. But i think I will watch them.

What else do you enjoy? Do you read?

I really liked the new star wars. I'm super keen for episode 8. I think 7 was very similar to the original but I guess it was meant to be. My favourite character was Kylo Ren

I also wanted to cut my hair for charity however you need about 30 cm which is a lot and so I grew my hair and started to hate my hair so much I cut it off before I could donate. Perhaps another time. 🙂

hey lulu,

Hmm...emotional movies. Have you watched the Intouchables? It's a french movie with English subtitles. It's really really good!

I used to read a lot. Something people keep recommending to me since I like short stories are Roald Dahl's books.

Hi james

i have the intouchables sitting on my book shelf which I shall watch when I get a moment.

im finding it difficult to read at the moment. I was contemplating reading Harry Potter again as the books are fairly simple and short in the beginning.

Currently i am rewatching an ABC show Wild at Heart. It’s a feel good show about a family who go to Africa for a holiday and end up living there looking after wild animals.

I may have to look at Roald Dahl. I sadly haven’t read any of his books. Or perhaps one when I was very little.

Do you have any tv shows worth trying? Or feel good books? I need a pick me up.
