I am also tired of having to hide it. Especially with work.
I can't afford to loose my job but I can't say what's really going on.
I am scared and unsure of what to do. I have lost jobs because of my mental health being so up and down.
I have no one to talk about it to.

Hi Truetomyself,
I'm sorry that you are going through a tough time. There can be a stigma sometimes around mental illness, however, the world is more informed about mental illness and mental health nowadays than before. This can be frustrating at times, but when you are faced with such a situation, it can be useful to enlighten those people about mental health. You do not need to hide your feelings and who you are to anyone, be who you want to be and if some people are not accepting of that, then they might not be the right people for you. Hope this helps.

Hi Truetomyself,
Nice to hear from you 😊
Thank you for opening up to me about the way you are feeling…….
Truetomyself please don’t hide yourself any longer! Show people the real you! Tell them exactly who you are and how you are feeling! Be open and honest about your mental illness it’s nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about…. I think it should be openly spoken about like any other illness.
By you opening up to people and revealing the real you it can help you with your healing and your own understanding…….
One day Truetomyself your story could be some one else’s survival guide…., you really are a strong resilient person stronger than you know and I’m glad that we are friends….
Is there someone who is a health professional that you want to be understood by?
When I first opened up about my mental illness to health professionals I really didn’t understand what was happening to me and I thought these people are going to think I’m crazy….. but the opposite happened they understood and wanted to help me…… all the other people I did my group therapy with all had the same condition as me……. I wasn’t alone and the health professionals were there to help us to overcome our illness so we could then move forward and thrive in the world ❤️
Truetomyself I believe you can find a therapy for you and your condition a therapy that health professionals understand what you are going through and want to help you too so you can move forward and thrive aswell…. Your not alone there are people out there that understand and want to help you 🙏

I failed. I have to move home because I can't look after myself. I am frightened and scared. I just want to disappear and not be here. My parents don't understand but there is no where else for me to go. I wish I could go to my grandma's but she has passed and was my rock. I just want to be safe. My father caused my mental health issues and I am terrified.
