Tired

Truetomyself
Community Member
At the moment I feel really tired and exhausted from my anxiety that is now impacting my depression.
I am also tired of having to hide it. Especially with work.
I can't afford to loose my job but I can't say what's really going on.
I am scared and unsure of what to do. I have lost jobs because of my mental health being so up and down.
I have no one to talk about it to.

Sorry to hear you are getting yelled at because a mental illness. You should be made to feel as though you are a burden. And perhaps this is also leading to the tiredness, confusion etc you speak of. It sounds as though you get on OK with your Aunt. Is it possible for you to stay with her for a while? May then you might be able to find some time to work out what to do with your life?

I am still here. A virtual friend in this space listening to you.

I can't stay with my aunt. She has depression and anxiety. She is older and can't have me as she struggles too. I wish I could. She is understanding.

I don't feel so good today. I have tremors and bad anxiety. I don't know how much more I can take.

Can you think of anything that might have changed in the last couple of days?

I can't think of anything. I am struggling.

Hey Truetomyself,

We can hear it’s hard right now. We are checking in with you offline, and our support service is here for you if you'd like to talk it through.

Can you think of anything, real or imaginary, that would help?

We’d recommend checking out some of these other threads where community members have shared their self-help tips and coping strategies for when you’re feeling low. A few mention sharing can help, so we’re glad you were able to do so here, that’s a really good start.

Kind regards,
