Tired

Truetomyself
Community Member
At the moment I feel really tired and exhausted from my anxiety that is now impacting my depression.
I am also tired of having to hide it. Especially with work.
I can't afford to loose my job but I can't say what's really going on.
I am scared and unsure of what to do. I have lost jobs because of my mental health being so up and down.
I have no one to talk about it to.

If my father would go away. I have nightmares and can't sleep.

Is your father the main cause of your stress?

Yes and I can't move since they are taking me of my medication. I am frightened as my parents don't understand.

I really don't feel so good. Also like I can't move from the bed.

Hello Truetomyself, one way to overcome agoraphobia is by trying a technique called desensitization which you can do by yourself or with a specialised counsellor, but it's not up to your parents to decide whether or not you should be taking any medication, that's a decision between you and your doctor and they don't need to know if you are taking it, if you are able to get the help of someone who can purchase it for you.

If your father is causing you to feel like this, then are you able to move somewhere else.

Geoff.

That sounds terrifying. Can you tell me what you are frightened about?

His temper

My agoraphobia is scaring me. I don't know how to start getting help.

What would help look like to you?
