I am also tired of having to hide it. Especially with work.
I can't afford to loose my job but I can't say what's really going on.
I am scared and unsure of what to do. I have lost jobs because of my mental health being so up and down.
I have no one to talk about it to.

Im sorry you are feeling lost and the doctors and nurses aren’t listening to you…. I understand this is hard for you….
Can you write a letter detailing everything you are feeling and going through?
Give this letter to your psychiatrist or doctor who is assigned to you at the hospital…….. if you need help to write something please let me know I will help you in any way that I can……
I’m so proud of you I understand the strength it took to get your self to the hospital..
You have an inner warrior inside you true to myself believe me she’s there her voice is strong and she’s ready to use it……. 💪❤️

Sorry you did answer why you are being taken off of them. These forums can be very cumbersome to navigate at times and I missed that with the clunky page thing - beyond blue if you’re reading this, some sort of infinite scroll thing like social media would be good.
Seems like dassa u speak of is a government service ??? Hospitals usually primarily deal with purely physiological things - they can sometimes be awful with mental health. That’s very disappointing that they stopped you taking the medication when you suggested it seemed to be working...
you are a free being who can go see your own GP and apart from the money thing (hopefully you will be able to be bulked billed anyway????) a private GP is much better than a govt service if you get a decent one - they are for YOU and you could discuss whether it might be appropriate for you to recommence the medication you had been experiencing some benefit from?

Have you tried to slow down your breathing?
Are you still in the hospital? Did the hospital put you back on any medication?

That’s great you see a psychiatrist…..I’m sorry the agrophobia is challenging….
Has your phyciatrist been able to give you any helpful strategies?
When you feel trapped in yourself is it useful to bring you attention onto something in the present moment? Like how do your feet feel? How does your clothes feel on your body?
Remember to slow down your breathing

I’m sorry you see yourself as useless, you arnt!
Please start trying to talk to yourself in a positive way, please talk to yourself like someone you would talk to that you loved.
When you have panic or anxiety practice breathing exercises
Try progressive muscle relaxation
Try helpful thinking, which changes how you talk to yourself
Instead of saying to yourself I’m useless say……. Im learning new positive things about myself every day and I’m improving….
Do you enjoy doing craft? This would help you to keep your mind focused on something….. even adult colouring in
Have you tried any type of therapy? CBT or metacognitive therapy……. I went through a severe anxiety disorder OCD……. I did metacognitive therapy this therapy changed my life! I was able to learn to challenge my thoughts and beliefs this was extremely helpful….. I learned many other strategies and tools…….
Maybe you could talk to your psychiatrist about putting you into a therapy that suits you….. I did a group therapy I was with 12 others who had the same condition as me….
Your not alone Truetomyself there will be others going through the exact same thing as you….. please try to find a therapy for you….. it can change your life for the better 😊

I have not left my bed for 5 days and I feel terrible. There is no one else who understands and I feel like an empty shell. Hollow. I don't care about showering.
