Basically I've been to hospital and has tests done. As well as seeing my GP regularly and have also done tests with them. Fortunately my results have all come back clear with nothing wrong.
There are days where I contemplate going back to hospital to have more tests done.
Being new to anxiety. I constantly question myself if something is seriously wrong with me. Even though I've had multiple tests done.
Ive had a couple of sleepless nights and a few panic attacks here and there.
Some days are harder then others and I just have to pull through them.
Questioning myself how much longer I can go on feeling the way that I do. No I'm not suicidal, however just find it hard to live the way I'm currently feeling.
Im off to see a psychologist at the end of the month to see if this will help me.
For me its not just mentally draining but mostly physically draining aswell, with all of my physical symptoms, my body constanly is in pain and aching.
Please share any comments or tell me about your story. Any help is appreciated

Thank you for posting on the Beyond Blue forums today and welcome to the community 🙂 Anxiety can be really tricky and can often make us feel like we are going crazy or that there is something wrong with us. It sounds like things have been very difficult for you so we are glad to hear that you are connecting with a psychologist soon. If you would like some support from a counsellor in the mean time we would recommend that you get in contact with the Beyond Blue Support Service. They are available 24/7 by phone on 1300 22 4636 or on Webchat 3pm-12am AEST on our website: www.beyondblue.org.au/getsupport One of our friendly counsellors will be able to talk through these feelings with you and can offer support, advice and referrals.
Kind Regards,
Mod Support.

Hello Mark,
Welcome to the forums!
I understand that feeling of wondering if there's something wrong with me, and just generally feeling really terrible. I suffered more from depression than anxiety, but I've had two panic attacks before and I certainly don't want to have another.
In my own case, I found going to a psychologist really helpful and I still see one, 4 years on. Personally, I felt comforted just by having someone to talk to who could really understand. My own friends were a good support, but they didn't have mental health issues and could never quite 'get it'.
As Sophie_M suggested, it can really help to speak to the phone support lines, particularly when you are distressed. But I've even just called them before when I felt like I really needed to get something off my chest, and didn't know who else to call.
Otherwise, please also feel free to speak to us here. I am not on every day, but I check a few times a week and would love to talk to you more, if you feel up to it.
Cheers
James

when I mentioned the psychologist before, it took me a while to find the right fit, don’t stress if they’re not really connecting, sometimes it takes a while but when you find one that is really good for you and it clicks into place it just feels like you are having a chat with a friend, except that the advice they give will be positive and productive, also they won’t change the topic or story top. Have a lovely day.
