Hi Daisy,
I feel for you and totally get it. We must keep on trying to rid ourselves of this incideous disease. I am about to go the natural option and get off my meds after speaking with the Dr. I watched a webinar last night and the message that I got is, regular meditation may replace serotonin and oxytocin naturally. I also do yoga a few times a week. Seeing the Psychiatrist regularly is a must. So we will see what happens. I guess there is no quick fix we just have to unravel our jumbled up minds. Take care.

Hello Daisy,
I want to start off by saying I think you're really strong. I also suffer from Anxiety and I too have had to no friends, but this should not hinder you and your progress. Let me just say that the light at the end of the tunnel is not something you reach towards or move towards, you are the light at the end. That light is already within you and you will get to it, I believe that 🙂
I actually know a few people who have driving anxiety and sometimes it can really bare down on a person. All I can really say is repetition, drive around on your own even if it's the suburbs and you just drive around the backstreets. Make a Goal and work towards it, just little by little each and every day.
Panic is not something you adjust to, fear is. You FEAR that you won't progress, you FEAR that things won't get better.
But for those kids, I know you can. My Mum was the victim of Domestic Violence for 17 years, and she still got up everyday made sure we got to school, did her absolute best to make sure we got away from that. You know what? She damn well did and it was no easy task for her, she had to do it alone with no help.
So I BELIEVE, hell I KNOW that you can overcome this.
