Hi
Not sure in how to act or be on this but thought I might try it out. Very confused on how it works though.
Hope you're having a good day!

I've been really struggling with just doing things for the day.like I have overdue assessments and everyone I attempt to do more work on them i just get stuck and confused,I just feel so unmotivated . I honestly never thought I'd say this but I miss school!
And some mornings I find it hard to want to get out if bed even, I dread spending the day in solitude.

I hope you are doing ok! Having overdue assessments is rough - I feel you on that! Having no motivation is tough as well, I feel that when that happens to me suddenly every task feels like it has become a mountain and it can be hard to just start. I have struggled a lot with this before, so I wanted to share some things that may help!
When you feel overwhelmed or have no motivation but need to get something done, one thing I have found that is quite helpful is to start the day by writing out a little list of things you would like to do. Sometimes seeing it on paper makes it less intimidating. When working on assessments try to do them in small amounts! Set yourself a limit for the day or set aside "assessment time", even if it is just fifteen minutes it is still something! These are strange and difficult times, so do not feel bad that it is a struggle some days. You can only do your best!
Hopefully by starting small and gradually working your way into it whilst being aware of when you need a break or are starting to get confused will help. For these moments, maybe try writing down your thoughts and then coming back to it a bit later with a clearer head?
Sending you all the best!

It explains how to make a new thread and other FAQs. Welcome again!
