Hello Chesterboy, welcome to the forums.
Sometimes it's not easy for those new to the site to know what they should say and how much they should open up to a group of people they don't know but suffering in a similar way.
All of us have also struggled and know when a thread is created that someone has put their hand up asking for help.
If you click on 'All Posts' a group of different sections will appear, so you can either choose one of these to continue on, and I only say this because then, what you are having problems we will all know about.
We hope you can expand either here or on a new thread, remember all we are doing is trying to help each other.
