Here goes...
10 months ago, I met the love of my life. I adore this man so much. Our relationship is solid. He suffers from depression and anxiety. I've been supportive and helpful, patient, loving and kind to him as he tells me. Navigating the lows have been getting difficult for me lately and it's making me anxious and an almost constant sick feeling in my stomach. The lows have been present more often than not in the time we've been together. He's on medication but he tells me it's not working. Life overwhelms him sometimes and although he says he he'll go to his Dr for a reassessment and chat, he never does. He just says things will be good. I've gently encouraged him to speak to a psychiatrist but I don't think he will. I don't know how to help him further and also myself. I feel like I'm absorbing his anxiety and constant worry. I'd appreciate any hints/advice from anyone who has been/is going through same or similar.
Thanks in advance 🙏

Shelby.
Welcome to the forum. It is hard looking after another person as you can neglect your own needs.
Carers need to take good care of themselves, Research suggests more than half of Australia’s carers (56 per cent) have at least moderate, , and the greater risk of developing depression, it is important for carers to get help for themselves, are thousands of carers working around the clock to support people with depression and/or anxiety, .
Have you got someone you can talk to , someone who can support you.
can you take time out to walk or do something just for you that you enjoy.
You can ring Beyond Blue support line if you want 1300 224636
