Hi Osky,
Firstly, welcome to the forums. Well done for getting the courage up to join the forums after months of talking yourself out of it, it was a good move and one you should be proud of as I am sure there are many people in the same boat as you who aren't sure if they should post or not but getting your story out there and speaking about what you are going through is tough but can be very refreshing to yourself and your mind.
You have been diagnosed with quite a bit by the sounds of it, may I ask, are you currently seeing a psychologist of some kind to help you with all those mental health concerns? I am a long term anxiety sufferer and OCD sufferer as well and throw in some mild depression to the mixture so I can relate to where you are coming from to a degree. Every day is a battle for me at the moment but I am slowly working through things, which is why we need good doctors to help as they allow us to build a solid platform to use so we can recover from our mental health issues and learn to live with them and not allow them to take over.
Please, feel free to post back as much as you like.
My best for you,
Jay

I think what's more important is how you are trying to get on with your life, I'm sure it must be a real battle and will look forward

Always great to see another person stepping outside their comfort zone and reaching out to others who can relate 🙂 Takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there.
Regardless of being diagnosed with a few things there is always help and most of us have been diagnosed with one or more of the above. For me it was major depression. Tackling one day to day struggles is a tough one, however, I found small things and improvements on a week to week or month to monbth basis something that was easier for me to focus on. With only 24 hours in everyday it's hard to make dramatic changes, however, on a month to month basis it doesn't seem as difficult.
Do you mind If i learn a little bit about you? Age, working, not working, relationship status, hobbies etc. Only if you're comfortble. I found I had to focus on my interests and hobbies to get myself to overcome my depression over a journey. As well as disconnecting myself from the wrong crowds, drugs and alcohol.
For me cooking, listening to classical music and jazz and writing in a journal as well as going for walks in the park is something I do everyday to help battle against the day to day cycles 🙂
I look forward to hearing back from you and more than happy to talk.
Welcome once again
Regards,
Raman 🙂
