Hello Speak Your Truth
Welcome to the BB forum, which is a safe & friendly place where you can find lots of info & support.
I understand having depression can be very isolating & you may be feeling very alone, & with anxiety, fearing always being alone & without any way up from here. On BB, you are not alone. Many people have come here with their own experiences of depression & anxiety, realising they can relate to the experiences of so many other people.
If you have any questions, please ask. Also take some time to look around the forum, the different areas, such as Depression & another called Anxiety. Although these are different conditions, it's common for people to have both.
We also have people of all ages from teenage to people older than yourself. I, myself , hope my years of experience has helped people who are younger or who have not had so much experience learning to manage our symptoms.
I think coming here is a great move on your part. Reaching out to others when we need, I have found, lifts my mood, gets me out of myself, indeed, wakes my brain & gets me out of the mental fog I can find I am in. I hope you find something of value in coming to talk to others here, too.
