Coming off Antidepressants and Feeling Lightheaded and dizzy

With the doctors direction and friend and family support I have been coming off my antidepressants which I have been on for about 3 and a half years. for the past week or so I have been feeling very dizzy and lightheaded, is this normal or something I should be more concerned about? Is there something I can do it lessen the feeling? Thanks for the help, time and advice!

Love the name btw, very 70's! As we're not professionals on here, we can't actually give advice on medication, however there may be someone who's experienced similar symptoms to you floating round the forum.

Another avenue might be to ask Dr Kim a question on her thread in this section. Unfortunately she's MIA until the first week of April. Bugger!

There are links below in the blue section that could be of assistance. Try cruising the section threads; you may just find something to help, or an opportunity to help someone else. Who knows, coming on here might be kizmit!
