CBT Access

Hi,

I was wondering if there is any online CBT courses available that you guys might knoow of.

I know of the Government funded (12 or so sessions)

Anything else available online that might be worth while?

Yes, please keep us updated if it feels right for you, we would love to know how you are going. I hope the resources were helpful. I am a 3rd year psych student and this would be where I would start because they are all legitimate and skilled professionals and they have an online course. If you can't afford get a mental health plan from a GP and try to find someone who incorporates CBT or local community health centres usually do them for free but not as personal in my experience.
