Welcome here, I"m sorry you are having trouble sleeping, something that I know well.
Unfortunately the Forum does not permit discussion about prescription medications in any shape or form. As a result you my find for many here it is possible to avoid medications by practicing good sleep hygiene as a start, and that may be followed by what to do if you are stuck in bed wide awake
