Unfortunately, there's bits and pieces over the internet but no full comprehensive list,- which is why most of the time I just recommend a google search. This can be something like: 'adelaide' 'psychologist' "telehealth"
Here's one resource from the APS website, called Find a Psychologist. You can do a bit of a search with your location, and then filter on the side with 'Telehealth'.
