Hi,
I’m reaching out because I need some advice about a close friend who suffers from anxiety and depression. What can I do to help my friend ? It’s breaking my heart to see him this way.
I always let him know that I’m willing to listen without judgment and be there whenever he needs me. I ask open ended questions but the only answer I get is “im ok” and I know this isn’t the case.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi Beck, welcome
What a great friend you are.
There isnt a great deal you can do. Insist that when he's ready you'll always be just a phone call away. Remind him you are willing to listen.
