I am woeful at poetry yet I remember Dr Claire Weekes (in her best selling book 'Self Help for Your Nerves') saying 'above all be gentle to yourself'

Note..Dr Weekes was a psychiatrist that suffered from anxiety and depression...and decided to write about it
