Hello all,
Sometimes just doing the basics is so hard. It can be tough not to get down on ourselves when we’re struggling with things that ‘should’ be easy.
But we deserve to celebrate even the smallest achievements, because they are really feats of strength when you’re unwell. It’s ok if you can’t do everything. We know you’re doing your best, and that’s enough ☺️
What are 3 small (or big) achievements that you’ve had today?
For me: 1. I washed my hair
2. I drank two glasses of water
3. I sat out in the sun for 15 minutes
How bout you? Let’s cheer ourselves and each other on!

Sunday - 1st March 2020 .
Out of bed late.
Did simple stretches, walked on the toes for about 5 minutes inside.
Walked outside amongst the trees, so relaxing.

Saw a new GP at a new Clinic.
Upped my meds (well the Psychiatrist did).
Walking as usual daily.
Told my Psychiatrist some things.
Got the book he told me about just haven't read it yet (Beating The Blues).

Hi all
It is great to see all the positive achievements we are all achieving.
I have been helping in a food coop giving food to the needy which is awesome
I also have been asked to share my life story and how I have managed to make a set back a come back.
We can all be an inspiration to someone else.
Have a great week and lets keep these threads coming.

That's beautiful and so kind of you and selfless to do that Blufftuff, what a lovely soul you are inside and out. I'm proud of you. That's actually inspiring too. Well this whole thread is inspiring really.
Good on you, and good on everyone else too.

Got out of the house twice today although I couldn't be bothered doing anything and going anywhere (sometimes it's hard for me but I get bored so I can't win).
That's about it for me today, not much I know

Yesterday (Wednesday/Thursday 12midnight-4.30am)
Make a real big effort to catch up with lots of deep study that needed doing. 10hrs of nonstop study. Had to prepare it for myself before able to teach students. Sang in between my little breaks. Releases stress. That's all.

Finally planted out some plant cuttings in the garden. They had roots on them. They were given to me and had been sitting in a bucket of water for around about a week.
Created a yummy healthy salad bowl that I really liked the look of and taste of.
Did not take it personally when someone spoke a bit harsh and blunt to me. Often I would and feel hurt. This time I realised that they were stressed and running late and that's why they spoke that way.
