My 3 self-cares today: 

~ went out for brunch
~ bought some skin care to use, glad I could find this super cheap and exactly what I've been looking for
~ will have Counselling later today.

My self-care today:
~ got up early and headed to the shops to buy healthy foods for lunches and dinner tonight (I actually made it all too lol!)
~ took my new book "The Greatest Secret" with me, bought a Chai latte and read some of my book at the waterfront, it was nice! 
~ spent some time in my garden before it rained, my huge Hippie plants are about to bloom so that's exciting to see, 
~ got into my PJs early and will slip into bed to read soon.

My self-care today: 
~ got my long hair chopped off at the hairdresser's today and LOVE it
~ went out for lunch afterwards
~ had a long nap this afternoon which was wonderful.

My self-care today and last night: 
~ painted my nails a pretty light pink for a Wedding tomorrow, 
~ did a whole facial which felt nice, 
~ rose early today to enjoy my morning in a relaxed manner, before things get busy lol
~ hope to visit my friend and spend time with her, after dropping kids to work later today.

My self-care today: 
~ baked some yummy scones for breakfast
~ went back to bed for a sleep in then had a nap after lunch lol
~ will have a long hot bath and do a hair mask tonight.

Now I'm craving scones, that sounds amazing EM.

 

Mine:

 

  1. Did some reading outside in the sun
  2. Yoga/gym
  3. Had some lovely fruit (two pears, which were so good)

Haha sbella, you can make them too! The recipe is online called Melissa's favourite Scone recipe I think. 
Best one I've tried. 

 

My self-care today: 
~ have been paying our staff Cafe ahead with loose change lol, so I had a nice wrap for lunch today, 
~ then going the other way, to save money, I made a huge dinner from scratch tonight. Maybe there'll be leftovers for lunch, IDK. 
~ spent some time watching a Series on STAN whilst I prepped and cooked dinner.

My self-care today: 
~ requested more time to complete a long task at work, happily this was granted so I completed it today at work,
~ had a LONG nap when I got home from work, 
~ did my face care routine, 
~ had cuddles with poodle and my cat.

My self-care today (wow typing self-care is getting easier lol!)
~ I was BRAVE today at work and it paid off... being brave is one of my goals, happy
~ lit a fire in the firepit when I got home, so I spent some nice calm alone time there
~ will read some more of my books tonight, really enjoying them.
