Dear fellow creatives...tips and tricks on leading a creative life

Hi everyone,

As the title suggests, this thread is pretty much exactly as per the thread title. In some ways, I feel as though I'm a bit of a creative rut, which is awful when you're a creative person.

So I thought that I would try to ask for inspiration in terms of ideas and stories from fellow creatives. Hopefully other people also find this thread helpful in terms of reading and sharing.

So whether you're a professional or amateur graphic designer, industrial designer, architect, musician, writer, choreographer, dancer, landscaper, etc, etc...I would LOVE to hear your tips and anecdotes on how you inject creativity in your world and how your keep the creative spark alive.

Sara that's great- what about a separate verse for a Chorus something repetitive and catchy.

Maybe we need a new tune or does someone have a good tune.

Sara and Quirky- that's perfect! It made me a big teary but in a good way. We make a good team but you know how there's always the one group loafer? That's me as you guys have done the bulk of the work whereas I have been sitting idly by for the most part. Lol!

I do hope you were joking, it was a team effort . If it wasn't for your great thread in first place the song would not have been inspired in second place!!

It is funny when I see someone putting themselves down even jokingly, it annoys me but I do it all the time, so figure that out!!

It's short but a chorus none the less. Hope ya's like it.

We could call it 'Ripples in the Sky' or 'Blurry Ripples' or just 'Away...'

Pepper, I use self deprecating humour too,think it as an Aussie things as people overseas don't get it!!

There is always truth in humour.

Title- I like blurry ripples or the other two- indecisive me!!

Maybe we need a group name -just quirky pepper!!! -am sure you both can think of a better one!!

Quirky, yes, humour is both a source of relief and heavysuit armour 😉

I'm glad you both like the chorus, don't know if it'll fit within the stanza's, but here's hoping! I sort of like 'Away' as the song title too.

A group name was a nice thought too. Quirky...JQP was a creative name, bit long maybe. But it did make me smile 🙂 Pepper...great idea to call us a BB related name. How about 'B-B-Bluesy'? Just kidding! ha ha...

What about 'The BB Care Bears'? or 'The BB Creative Nuts' hmm...don't know about that one. Ok...how about 'Blue's, Fears and Tears'? or just 'Blue Tears'? Mmm...I like this one.

Ah...it's a work in progress. Trying to word jumble.

Actually...with my slightly dark sense of humour...I quite like Creative Nuts lol...although Blue Tears is nice too...
