Warmth
the sunlight is warm on my back;
people here are very warm, accepting and welcoming - far more so than many of my own friends and family - thank you so much, it has helped more than you will realise and has helped lead me to...
and finally, my self-attitude is warm and forgiving which is a huge change from the self hatred I have been pushing onto myself so much recently.

Haven't been here for a couple weeks so, some words for several days:
Early, late, busy, confusing, tiring, frustrating, tired, relieved, sad, anxious, forgetful...

Sweaty & rewarding re: workout today
Relieved to recieve some mail I'd been waiting for. Confused about one, but eventually I realised what it was about & It's okay; no worries.

Thank you Quirky. I’m sorry your day was frustrating and a challenge. I hope today is better.
At the moment I’m sitting in a forest with small birds around me. It’s very peaceful. I’m still feeling vulnerable but in an environment that is nurturing. I think my words today would be:
Raw, exposed, vulnerable.

Slow, perhaps restful, although I am also achy. The achiness from my workout yesterday is quite okay, but I don't appreciate this achiness in my left leg. It simply feels wrong.
