Every now and then, members share a beautiful Pearl of Wisdom. How often do you think to yourself; "OMG that's great! I wish everyone could see this."
Presenting someone with a bunch of flowers is a generous way of acknowledging their insightful words.
I hope this thread stays active through members giving out praise regularly to people they feel deserving, and therefore keep generosity of spirit alive within the pages of BeyondBlue Forum.
My bunch of Red Roses (my choice) goes to Wishful for the following sentence;
- 'Personally, I see no reason to be praised in me, but I'm learning that seeing through the eyes of others can be more accurate!!'
I so hear you Wishful. Just beautiful...
- Try to keep your leading comments short to focus on 'their' words.
- Choose specific flowers (or a gift if you like) to present to them.
- Sign off respectfully and sincerely.
I hope this takes off...
Spreading the love...Sara

I think it's a neck of some sort?
Though it could be a personal experience told as a story that highlights meaning or morals.
You make me smile Dory...thankyou hun 😉

Dory,
You're welcome.
I took up fishing once. Bought my rod, hooks, sinker and thtew the line in.
Caught 60 big fish in one hour...true.
Fish farms are great

Hi everyone,
I would like to award a huge garden complete with vegetables and flowers for one of the CCs, Geoff 🙂 I see him as a quiet achiever who helps out a lot 🙂
I am something of an insomniac and so I sometimes post at really weird early to early-ish hours (lol). In my early hour posting, I've often stumbled upon his posts where he tirelessly responds to many threads (especially newcomers to the forum). He shows immense commitment and dedication.
I'm not sure if he follows this thread so I'm not sure if he will see this but I sure hope he does! Thanks Geoff for your hard work, compassion, wisdom and dedication 🙂
kind thoughts,
Pepper xo

I have never looked at this thread before and only pressed on it because I mistakenly thought it was Sara’s ‘getting to know you’. How sweet guys, thank you Sara and Quercus and T, you are so lovely.
It’s the 1980s and I am on my way home from school. Every day I see these sweet retirees slaving away making their Leura gardens immaculate and perfect with their prize-winning flowers for all the yuppies from Sydney to come and enjoy once the cherry blossoms flower and the Spring festival begins. I’ve just scaled the dry stone walls, taken a chunk out of both knees, swooped down, scooped up the most beautiful, immaculate perfumed smelling bunches of flowers. But they’ve seen me and yell out. Busted. I bolt to the back drain and nose dive into the dark, wet musty hole, only to come out the other side and realise I don’t want to go home to the sadness just yet. So I scoot down to the waterfall and pick you some mountain devils. I have some of my Dads pipe cleaners in my pocket and I make you Little Mountain Men. I leave the 3 bunches of flowers and the 3 mountain men in our secret cave for you to find when you’re passing through home from school after me.
.......I have a really busy week and can't reply to the other threads just now, but I hope that everyone is keeping as well as we can given our own circumstances and health. I hope to be a little freer next week.
Big hugs xxxx
