I am stuck in a dangerous loop.. I can see myself but can't stop ,

Thanks for reaching out - it means a lot.
I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. Anger is definitely an overwhelming emotion that can be difficult to control. Experiencing trauma is already exceptionally painful enough; I can't imagine how much harder it is reliving it. I see that Sophie_M has given you some great contacts and links to get in touch with. I think getting some extra support is always helpful and might assist in breaking out from your dangerous loop.
