Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I'd like to introduce myself. I'm 40 years of age, female. My interests include music (any genre), reading a great novel, watching comedy, Restuaranting, and learning new things. I suffer from depression and anxiety. Depression feels very lonely for me. I'd like to reach out for some support. Thank you.

Bluberry said:Ems, I'm working slowly, slowly to build-up rapport with him before asking him for a job. I don't even know he's even looking for campaigners etc. But I'm talking to him (on personal matters, not too much of political talks, that happens on twitter) and getting to know him a lot more every day. He made a comment on twitter "our love blossoming". lol. God bless him. He's saved me from trolls on twitter as well. My knight in shining armour - I didn't even ask him to. He just did it.
Well it can go one of 2 ways lol you can hit him up for a job and he may very well be that knight or... you know what I say "I thought I married my knight in shining armour but he just turned out to be an idiot in tinfoil". Yup.
I said that after ONE affair came out...
Anyways, how's your new flatmate going?

It's okay monkey.... you are emerging from this with incredible knowledge, stuff that can ONLY be learnt by dreadful trauma.
You got this.
Did you see the new thread on Motivation?? I'll get on and have a read of what others wrote soon.
Monkey, my heart goes out to you. I know as you tell your story, people will say you're brave.... what choice did you have hey?
I reckon when we're faced with the WORST then we gather our greatest motivation to overturn injustice.
The stuff Brene Brown writes about on courage is truly amazing.
She reminds me of my friend who's a Dr of Sciences... I love her. I must text her. She's gone and going through hell.
But my friend lectures like Brene, in stories... I like that way of conveying knowledge lol.
LOVE YOUR WORK.... you go girl!

I'm looking to buy another nike compression tights - theyre cheaper than retail. Brand new and a fraction of the price. I live in these lol. For exercise, shopping & at home. Got many pairs but wouldn't hurt to have more.
Your jeans stock are stashed inside a roof? Damn, that sounds illegal, like an illegal jeans operation. Hehe. I think you ought to sell them on Ebay or Gumtree.

OH YEAH LOVE Girl with the Dragon Tattoo..... might be one I have running whilst I deal with demon's garbage it left behind, tonight downstairs! lol....
Funny that... I held my age pretty well for a long while now.... feel okay. Don't really care what I look like tbh, never much have ugh... it's not quite lady like but there it is.
I kept getting asked for ID to enter licensed premises till I was 30yo. It got quite frustrating actually.
OH and the worst one was when someone asked my bf if he would like to also have a seat for his daughter.... faux pas there! Not THAT much difference in age - he laughed!
Said that was weird.
Ok not the worst. Alexa is often referred to as my sister and I had her at 28yo. She's laughing less and less at that and I think it's AWFUL.
I get in first now and say "This is my daughter..." one person said "WHAT? Did you have her at 12??" ewww no. 28.
Like a stab to the gut there.
You'll put things back to where they belong monkey... it'll happen. You're a determined young lady and don't muck about. Just be kind to yourself and get lovely clothes!
BTW you won't believe it monkey.... I found a STASH of jewellery downstairs today!
YAY!
It's not "valuable" stuff but it's wonderful!
I'm bringing it upstairs to clean up and wear to work when I go back in 10 days or so.
mocha - are your puzzles really hard?
LOVE to you all

OMG Ems!!! Lol same here!! When I was younger - in my 20's & 30's (thank goodness not now), I repeatedly got asked for I.D in pubs and "adult places" lol. Yes, it got pretty freakin annoying!! It used to embarrass me majorly. Now it's a compliment, but still!! To make things worse, I have a 'baby' face. My puppy fat from my face remained with me till my mid 30s. I reckon I still have a baby face!! Remember I told you my new flatmate said "I can't believe youre 40". LOL. I can't either. I HEAR you.
Monkey is sooo determined young lady and she WILL get back to size and shape because she wants it badly enough. She used to be fit, healthy and athletic. She'll get back there. 🙂
Mocha, you can too, darling. I know your health is getting you down with gastro and BP problems. How are you today? Are you enjoying the puzzles?

A stash of jewellery oh yeah how celebratory! Jewellery is like a celebration!
Love jewellery.
Yes the fat has to go but I'm in a different body these days and it doesn't seem to shift. Meds stuffed my metabolism.
On a very happy note, they are doing a casting call for extremely big people and I think I might just go for it!
I used to be a tv extra in my 20's...and I could be in a show in my late 30's...whoop.

OMG wow Monkey! That's FABULOUS!
Love that.
You GO GIRL.
Hey Blubes.... I was wondering about your flatmate and his "complicated relationship"... do you think she's married?
I have NO Idea how you do the whole limitation / rule thing on partners staying over.
It was all Rafferty's Rules when I shared.
My last flatmate was my best friend's fiancee, so I liked having my friend staying over as many nights as she liked lol! The more the better.
Usually when she wasn't at our place, we both stayed over at hers. ME in the spare room thankyou very much lol.
Funny thing is that THEY are now divorced but her and I are still good friends lol.
I moved back to my home state and she's still living there. Older and wiser too. I hope!
IDK are you going to bring it up with him?
Awkies for me. But better to get House Rules straight before embarking.
Almost my only rule was no drugs.
xxxx EM
PS: If you're looking for me, I'm in the dungeon lol.
