I don't know CMF I just feel so anxious and overwhelmed, to the point where it feels so physically uncomfortable it's unbearable. So much on my mind. I need to be up at 6 but I'm not going to get any sleep.

Ok. How was your day today? Anything happen that bothered you? Have you Eaten? I find if I don't eat I can feel worse but you need to eat properly, good food.

the fact you need to be up early could be making it worse as you're worrying about being up early so it compounds. Have you tried herbal teas at night?

Do you feel like sharing whats on your mind?

My day today was good, went to the footy that was a nice day out.

I had dinner but I didn't each much, and wasn't very good food either way.

I'll look into herbal teas.

I think it's a combination of work stuff, relationship stuff, my general mental health concerns. I think I'm doing ok at work, I do really like this new role I've stepped in to, but I can't help but over analyse everything and worry I've done something wrong

When we have anxiety we tend to over analyse everything, I do it too. I'm sure you are doing everything just fine in your new role. Everything is running smoothly, you're doing great there.

mental health concerns, you've started with headspace now so give it some time but I think you will see it get easier. It's great you bit in, just keep it up.

relationships - family, friends, girls? Is something bothering you there?

herbal teas - chamomile is relaxing but I find I sleep to heavily and have vivid dreAms if I have it at night. I find peppermint good at night.

Have I mentioned the smiling mind app? It's for relaxation and there are apps that play calming sound to help you relax and sleep. Maybe try those for bedtime, just listening to relaxing sounds, focus on them.

There is this girl I've been seeing a little bit lately, I like her, a lot, I just worry that maybe things won't turn out the way I want them to, i find that when something is bothering me I push others away, and I want to be on my own all the time when I feel like that, but I'm just not ready to talk about all that deep stuf yet, I don't want to scare her away, it could come off as rejecting without knowing the full situation. And the family stuff, pretty typical issues with my step dad that will never change.

My boss is going to give me a ring tomorrow to catch up on how things have been.
