Thanks Dools, I sat with our manager and had a chat about it. There’s nothing more I could of done, I did my best and that’s the important thing. It just feels yuck. I couldn’t sleep last night, I left work early today too.
The good news is that Will slept the best he has in a long time last night. His cot seems to be making a difference which is a surprise a little but no complaints from me.
Don't know what the weather is like where you are, it has reached 46 degrees here and a northerly wind is blowing 100 miles an hour or so it seems. I hate this hot wind, makes me nervous regarding possible fires.
Wish I lived closer to the beach.

It is so beneficial to be able to work through issues, sometimes it is not easy to work out how to do that though. Sounds like your work place has strategies in place to help.
I woke up here this morning to the smell of smoke. Thankfully for us, it has drifted here from fires some distance away. Thankfully the wind has dropped as well.

That is so wonderful to have a baby . I suppose I never expected a baby would sleep much in the first year.
