Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

I forgot to mention, on occasions when I have felt unequal to a task I've found anger can sometimes help. It is not a whole answer by itself but I have said things in a forthright manner where I'd normally kept quiet.

They have not only stolen possessions you had valued and saw as being enjoyed by others but are also likely to deprive the shop of an ideal presence -yours.

If it is tomorrow I hope you manage to get some sleep tonight, waiting for the day is hard.

The boss didn’t come in yesterday..

I did ring him this morning and asked him about the dolls, he knew nothing about them...but didn’t seem at all phased..and sounded like I was annoying him..

The two girls work together today, and he said he will ask them today..

Why do I feel bad now?...

Maybe I should have said nothing...idk..
