Hi I’m getting to the point where I don’t want to communicate with family and friends as I feel I’m an extra sad person atM. Normally I’m a people’s person but I just want to disappear . I’ve dreamt about my late Mother lately and this makes me more sad. I m diagnosed with anxiety and depression and I’m feeling tension at front part of my head . Reading the above I wouldn’t want to be around me , I’m hoping I’m not on my own in this that it’s normal to feel alone n isolated , I have a little dog he keeps me on this earth I’m sure .

Hi Evelina,

We're so sorry to hear that you're feeling so isolated. We understand that the restrictions can be really difficult to cope with, especially when you're a people person. Please know that you're not alone and there is support available to you.

Hello evelina,

A warm welcome to the forums...

This year has been a very difficult year for so many people...me included, I sorry that your struggling with feeling sad and alone..

Im wondering if you have any contact at all with your family and friends through phone calls, Skype etc....

Struggling with depression and anxiety is hard to manage in “normal times”...let alone in times like we are going through now... our lovely Sophie has given you some good phone numbers...with very kind and caring trained councillors your able to talk your through these hard times your experiencing...I highly recommend and gently urge you if you feel up to it..to please have a chat with them...or talk to your gp about how your feeling...they can help you with professional care..

Is their anything that you really like to do that can bring you into the here and now..anything which keeps your mind fully concentrated on..like drawing, reading, internet games, sitting outside and watching nature..just something to help give your mind a break from your sadness..

I have 2 little dogs..they are maltese x Yorkshire..I have mum and daughter..what type of little dog do you have.lonly if you want to share....

We are here for you dear evelina, Talk here anytime that you feel up to it.....

Sending you my kindest thoughts with warm caring wishes..
