I hope that now you can get back to us and if it suits you just tell a small bit more, because you may not want to mention everything, so let's take it slowly. Geoff.

Hi there Marty1,
Yeah sometimes life can seem like it's all for nothing but it is what you make of it. If you can see life for what it is, a whole world of opportunities, then you can make it turn out the way you want it to. Sure there will be obstacles whether financial or with relationships and so on, but I'd much rather stick around and see what happens, there's nothing worse than having a question mark on your life of what you could have done, wouldn't you agree?
Gabby x

Hi Marty,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing and like Geoff said, its good to be straight to the point. Can I ask how long you have felt like this and if something like an event triggered this for you ? I am happy to hear that you are not out for death, I do understand that feeling to some degree where life can be quite mundance and not much bringing you happiness. It is good that you know this about yourself, it shows you have good insight into your thoughts and feelings. Is there a reason that you have lost everything including friends and family? It must be hard for your being isolated. I think just take one day at a time and try to find someone you feel comfortable to talk to like GP or professional or our line for a start 1300 22 4636 to try to find that connection with yourself and with people again. I have had a similar experience that was caused by a traumatic event and I didn't even realise that I was disconnected but like you explained nothing made me happy, everyday was flat and boring even food didn't interest me. I am alot better now but I have done alot of work and healing and things for myself that I like for example yoga and walking on the beach and some good talks / meditation but everyone is different. I wish the best for you and hope that you can find the happiness that you deserve and please stay connected with us if it feels right for you 🙂 Best wishes Nikkir x
