I am new to posting. I have bipolar and thought I would try here to see what it’s all about. I am going well at the moment, but have had some rough times too. Just wanting to know how helpful people find this site?
Thanks dools your right its an incredibly supportive place and very respectful of each other. And im super glad you found us jojo. I feel heaps better at moment thanks jojo im off the floor. I can honestly without a shadow of a doubt say if it wasn't for this forum i would not be as well as i am at the moment. I wish i found you all yrs ago but better late than never so im sure jojo youll find everyone just as supportive🐾🐾
For the reassurance that this is a safe place to share about mental health issues. It is good to have somewhere to talk about feelings and emotions without judgement.
