It would be so great to have a thread here where we can chat about almost anything. We can have fun, tell jokes, share stories, you name it!

There's a "BB Cafe" thread in the general area where lots of people chat daily and have established some nice light hearted conversations, it's treated as if it's a real cafe, there's even virtual baked goods and coffee!

Let's create a chat here for anyone to join, in particular the GLBTIQ community to let their collective hair down and chill out. It's a safe space to be yourself.

We just need a name 🙂

Hey Jo and dear little HRS too

Back at it with lockdown and finding my way around working from home today. The cats liked it as they had company and me at their beck and call.

The kids don’t mind too much… food at the ready in the fridge and pantry at their disposal and not having to travel to school or even get out of PJs… so they are happy enough for now.

Our weekend away was scheduled for this coming weekend and that will be canceled for the 8th time… I suppose we will get there one day.. lol What can we do but get on with it and do what we have to do to get it all under control.

I have my vaccine scheduled but am thinking I might just take AZ as I can get it earlier and more easily… something to ponder.

How are you my friend? I am looking forward to hearing what is planned for you on Thursday… Yell out of you need an ear or some support xx

Off to bed now as it is tiring doing not much… although I did watch Alien and Aliens tonight as I have never seen either and after watching “A quiet place” I am addicted… missed Farmer wants a wife but sure I will have a chance to catch up on that… ahhh the joys of cheesy TV.

I love reading your posts on other threads and reading “I am a trans woman” The smile on my face is huge as I feel you own it and see you write that and am so proud of your journey and proud that you are proud xxx so awesome!

Feeling the frustration you have Sarah . Sending shoulder and temple massage ( love them , been a while but still remember ). I think az is a good option but that of course is a decision for you and only you . Looking like Vic will win this one but it will only be put in a manageable space with high vaccination rate I think ? ( my opinion ) My aunt who died a decade ago had TB as a girl and there were polio kids and teachers at school . Society vaccinated its way out of the worst of that .

Maybe 1,2&3 have a remote for lockdown . Can just see them 😎 huddled in a corner operating it claws extended to have their humans home ? 😂

Dont want to jinx Thursday late afternoon meeting so will fill in on Friday ? Had a good phone call last night on it ( the project ).

Today I have to make up mind about clothes for Thursday . ------ would just chuck on shorts t- shirt & old jumper . My goodness , just so much more now ? No wonder girls take so long ( enough time to warm 3 cars consecutively some times 😂 ). Thank you again Sarah , Jo loves Jo so completely . She is like you very very special . Hello Sarah , hope your lockdown is tolerable . Your community transmission rate is coming down I think . That should be a light at the end of the tunnel . I feel for everyone all along the coast and now in NSW country areas . Those guys , both lots doing the furniture " REALLY " . What were they thinking ? This has highlighted the transport industry , have been trying to work out how goods ( essential , food and associated stuff for day to day ) can be moved with the lowest risk ? Maybe suited up drivers 24 hrly testing doing border turnarounds . ie : drop trailers at dedicated places ( have to be big like the one at Tarcutta . half way on the Hume ) and pick up one to their base ? Always the chance of contamination on freight but germ bag humans would stay in own state . Would need great cooperation in the industry . It could happen I think . Think the industry has its heart in the right place to do that !

Put back a shelf in bedroom yesterday ( warm room in winter ) and put most of Jo's cloths on it . Felt and looked really good . Soul food ! T & I did a silly dance. ?? A very little thing with a lot of meaning xxx . Out here mostly when out of house I wear the loose work clothes have always worn . Very unisex stuff . Had a purge ( wardrobe ) late 19 and only kept work clothes . A bit silly but must of been Jo at work preparing for her freedom ❤. Made hairdressers appointment for 0800 Monday in anticipation of actually getting to Transcendents on Tuesday evening,( 27th ) . ( watch this space yet again )

Me again and good morning..I am not sure why that happens but it does from time to time, I write a really great response and the computer glitches and dumps it..sigh!

Working from home again today and it does make a nice change as I am usually still in the office during lockdowns...I do miss my Chai's but I am kind of enjoying the time at home and yes the cats are making life very interesting..lol..they are very demanding and want my attention by jumping on the computer and walking on the keyboard. I am sure LD has had her time on the computer too..lol

Teary day for you Jo and yes, maybe the shelf and maybe just a moment to shed and process a feeling. I can just imagine you there doing the happy dance as you place your clothes on the shelf, such a moment!

Yes I totally agree.."what were they thinking", but I think dollars drive decisions too and maybe they did not realize the impact that they selfish choice could make...it has driven a whole other lockdown and I hope that people see the severity and consider the impacts before they think they are exempt or that they can sneak around while infectious! I think the transport industry has done so well to keep their industry functioning and the country supplied while this whole pandemic has been around.

Well I am super duper excited to hear about tomorrow and I wish you love and courage and bravery and whatever you need to take on the day...you are so amazing and you will shine regardless my friend.
