It would be so great to have a thread here where we can chat about almost anything. We can have fun, tell jokes, share stories, you name it!

There's a "BB Cafe" thread in the general area where lots of people chat daily and have established some nice light hearted conversations, it's treated as if it's a real cafe, there's even virtual baked goods and coffee!

Let's create a chat here for anyone to join, in particular the GLBTIQ community to let their collective hair down and chill out. It's a safe space to be yourself.

We just need a name 🙂

Hi everyone , a bit sleepy today . Would have liked to sleep a bit longer , not game enough because of the dreams ! Don't you hate that ? Will finish the mowing today . Perhaps a drive somewhere . Got a rego and MDL next week so should save money I guess . LD got a walk in town yesterday afternoon . She is happy about that and being back with me . A very special little dog , as they like us all are , xxx . Got the TV and satellite box on radio channel 208 ( country music , no dedicated blues channel ). I get nice clear TV and music here ( free to air ) better reception than some of my friend's in the city .

I just love that LD will guide us through the pantry.... that made me smile when I read that.

A warm day today in Melbourne.. maybe some shopping for me.. yesterday lunch with my dad, brother and granny which was fantastic family time.

It is a gorgeous morning in Melbourne and there is actually the noise of small children in the street as the run and hunt their eggs... feels like years of old as we really don’t see kids playing out in the street and on their bikes riding around.... they missed out on a childhood like ours where all we had was each other to entertain and our imagination...

Hopefully it made last nights mail truck . Yay , might be here today . Oh , I found old email address of a good friend on Saturday and sent email to re connect as she and partner went to live ( his native home ) in NZ a decade ago . ( we did catch up in Darwin in 2014 ) . Got one back quickly and have had a few more since . I introduced them to Jo , really lovely . Sowed the seed , a trip to NZ to visit ??? She sent huggles to Jo and read on here and you have some to from NZ , and from me . Huggles xxx .

Caught up with the youngest from last marriage , a truly lovely human , he has a big load and I am hoping I can somehow lighten it ? Have to work on that . He has been on my mind a fair bit for a while . Definitely worth the effort .

Hi Sarah , happy day . Are you home doing things with the kids ? ( funny at the age where they are really young adults how they are the kids to and always really ) Weather is still warmish here but not for much longer . The icy mornings are just around the corner . LD comes out to kitchen when I get up and stands at my feet looking up at me so I put a knitted jumper on her . If I ignore the little ratbag she does small woofs one at a time increasing in volume each time till I acknowledge her . xxxx huggles

Hi Sarah , not a lot of news . Getting a bit fatigued , tried another medication I got from doctor Tuesday week ago . Gone back to how we were today . Has been interfering with sleep . Not been getting the 4 hr block I need . Should fix it I think , getting stronger patches tomorrow . lol .
