The BB cafe is open for business!
Welcome all to a new chill and chat place for everyone on the forum.

The BB cafe is whatever you want it to be. There are comfy sofas, tables and chairs, coffee machines, a kitchen stocked with everything. There's a pool outside, a bbq area, an annexe with comfy beds for a quiet sleep, tv, dvd, books and whatever else you would like to have here.

Most of all, it's a place to meet friends and fellow travellers for a bit of company. Talk over problems, tell jokes, share your day, escape into a world of your making. Grab a coffee and pull up a chair ... 

So, with a nod to the wonderful Carole King (Hard Rock Cafe) ...

Mind if I ask, why are you telling me this? Are you suggesting, talking about my new 'pet' onion is inappropriate? Or imagining I am, in my persona of being a little red cat sprawled on a pool table, is inappropriate?

I'm not upset or anything, just scratching my head a bit.

Padding ound, getting all the coffee & tea things out for any early starters on this Sunday morning.  😺 Might not continue to be sunny all day, but not rainy either. Tomorrow? We'll see then. No worries now, in this moment: I'm a little chilly & achy, but okay.

The kids' FUTSAL team is getting smashed each week lol. Injuries every week! I keep saying "it's all in fun guys" but... everyone knows it's not fun unless you win lol, let's be honest 🙂

It wasn't until I saw just that message of yours years ago, that I got up the courage to post on a thread. Then saw it again so posted, after a while lol. Our new members DO need encouragement. 

Hey Paws, with ALL my might, I'm pushing the rain out to the farmers. We literally don't need any more rain for a long while here. Severe flooding whilst other parts of Oz are in severe drought, those areas that FEED us! Nuts.

I've used our tank water ALL year long for the multitudes of clothes washing in our home. It only got down to a dribble once then back to full again. Saved me lots of money in water costs but the roof was left wanting.

I saw the gardening Discussion somewhere, a long while back, so today, I guess I'm digging that up!😺

I know I hadn't posted there because I am not much of a gardener, very little success, & my place isn't so good for it anyway, as well as my back... etcetera... I just thought my onion so jolly cute, I had to see what would happen.

As for gender-neutral language - as far as onions go, I simply don't know & am uncertain how to find out, or is it necessary that I do???😺

The kids wouldn't get so many injuries if we cover them with mmMarshmallows.😹There are many colours to choose from. We can surely match their uniforms or do camouflage, whatever they like. Personally, I'm in favour of the camouflage.

mmm pancakes, rich & puffy, with crispy edges, brown & with more butter dripping down, along with maple syrup... mmmmm mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmm 😹This cat will beg, like a dog for such pancakes!

My misunderstanding stems from "Hey Kitty...".

Perhaps, "Hey everyone .." or "Hey all, ..." when you want to post such reminders or when not directing a post to specific member/s ?

I used to sometimes use the big old reply button at the top of a page, the one not directly related to any specific member, but in relation to the entire thread/Discussion when I didn't want to address particular member/s. I thought that was a good option. Now I guess, I will reply to the Discussion's author via their first post ... not ideal, but I'm trying to work with what we're given.

How have you been? I still have to re-discover your thread/Discussion. Thanks for telling me where it is located. That helps a lot. (& saves me from peeking into your profile).

🌞Warmer, sunny, light wind, I can't ask for more today, 😺except that nothing happens to spoil it... I open up windows, & maybe I won't want a jumper on while I talk to my PDr later. I'm not even using my heater this morning. I may even have an uncooked lunch, a sandwich, with fresh squeezed orange juice & soda water, for lunch & be happy with that. 😺

Hi all. I am someone who has become really good at hiding how lonely and helpless they really fee whilst projecting the opposite. One thing that helps (as bizarre as it mat sound) is wearing one of the BB blue wristbands. Only issue is i don’t have any left and the one I have is on its last legs. Any idea on how I can get more?

Hey BG Paul, I'm so happy I made you smile. It means a lot to FEEL welcomed to this space as we tentatively watch the space, not knowing what to say etc etc. Getting a welcoming PUSH from you was what made MY day years ago. Or was it day after day or 100 times a day? lol IDK, seeing your posts always make me smile (or think more deeply lol).
