Hiya, for a while I've been
having trouble making decisions.
I’ve got the feeling that everything is super “heavy”? every decision I make seems to weigh me down more and more which just makes me less motivated to do anything. For example;
- I’ve found myself stuck in the kitchen unable to grab a snack for hours on end because every option feels “wrong”
- I tend to find that lying in my bed all day is much more appealing than having sift through hundreds of things I could do because none of them are “right”.
- Hopefully there’s someone else on here who can relate to even a smidge of what I’m saying!!
any tips on reducing stress while making decisions?

Hi Hwangjin,
Welcome to the forums! I'm glad that you're here, and I know that making decisions can be very stressful - and it sounds like it's pretty extreme for you - I can imagine how exhausting that would be.
Can you remember a time where decisions weren't quite as difficult for you? Or do you feel like they've always been 'heavy'?
One thing that might be able to help is to try and challenge your thinking about these decisions. What were to happen if you did grab a snack even if it felt wrong? Or were to make a decision even if it didn't feel 'right'? Thinking about this in the long-term can help, as my guess is that even the worst case scenario is probably not as bad as it may seem at the time.
