The tiredness at beating this

Bluey_moon

Despite being pretty good during the day, at night the anxiety gets harder to deal with.

The fear I'm feeling paranoid about people watching me when I know they aren't, anything really that used to make me anxious!

I am practicing all the techniques and I know I will get better, I know it takes time and practice.

I just needed to confide!

Chicken wings and Mummybee,

thank you so much for your advice and support, it means so much!

Chicken wings, I'm feeling better. When I'm tired my brain goes into an overdrive spak attack. I love being a part of this community!

Mummybee, your money is safe! Thank you for talking me through a rough time! Hey let's go for two good days in a row!

Thank you both for believing in me the same way I beleive in you!

Thank you Mummybee and Chicken Wings,

Mummybee, your money is safe! Thank you for calming me down! And being such a wonderful person! And let us both aim for two days in a row of feeling good!

Tomorrow is a new day!

Oh man, just when I thought today was going to be great! I was falling asleep on the couch while my little boy was asleep and bam thought I heard someone call my name, now the worrying has started! Sitting here crying, thinking I'm going nuts!

It was probably a sound that your half asleep brain interpreted as your name.

I know Mummybee!

Being a bit silly! Thank you though for your ongoing support!

you're doing great Skye, you're not going nuts.

Remember to use what you know.
Remember to challenge these thoughts that you're having.
Remember that you are not going crazy and you've been checked by a doctor.

I was reading something just before that might be helpful for you:

Our brains are organs devoted to solving problems, just like our stomachs are organs devoted to digesting food. When we direct them to solve a problem, like adding up numbers or reading a paragraph, brains generally do a good job. But there is no "off switch" to the brain. It is always looking for problems, just as our stomachs are always waiting for food. When our brains lack problems to solve, they often make some up.

I read that paragraph and it really made me think.

You are ok Skye. Go back to your good day.
You deserve your good day so let yourself have it.

That paragraph really struck a cord Chicken Wings! Thank you again for just be so darn reassuring!

How is your day? Did manage to eat something?

Skye,

If you want a song to listen to, this one really helped me.
It perfectly puts into words how this feels, but is somehow empowering, it makes me want to beat this. It makes me know that I am not alone and that someone else can capture this in words. It's also great to walk to!

Go on youtube and look up Andy Bull Black Dog.

chicken wings!

love that song

well done for thinking to share it
