Hey and welcome Justin;

Congrat's on finding the courage to post on your own thread first time. Although you haven't offered up a lot of words, I do get where you're at in terms of the issue itself.

First off, have you seen a GP re these headaches? A month is a long time to suffer and not know the cause. They may be migraines or something else. If you're unsure about telling the Dr of cocaine use, please don't let this stop you as they've heard much worse and are bound by confidentiality.

Feeling like you're dying is a very traumatic experience. The body goes into 'fight/flight/freeze' response and can cause unresolved issues for a very long time unless you deal with the incident properly. A psychologist can help tackle it with good results if you address it asap. Your GP can refer you.

I can only make assumptions at this stage without more information Justin. Could you offer up another post to help me support you better? I (and others) are on BB most days so if it's not me, someone else will be sure to reply ok.

To my way of thinking, a headache is your body letting you know something's not right; there is a cause. Just to let you know, as we're not medical professionals, we can only give advice from our personal knowledge, insight and experience.

It'd be great if you could let me know how things pan out with your GP/psych. This situation you've written about will give others insight into a common anxiety response like panic and how it can affect us all.

More than this though, is having a safe place to talk about your ordeal.

Looking forward to hearing from you again Justin..

Kind thoughts...Sez

I have seen doctor. Physically I’m fine but I’m going to another go hopefully he can give me some answers

Thanks for getting back to me Justin;

I hope you find the answers you're looking for. It can be exhausting finding a GP who knows how to tackle panic/anxiety. I wish you well...

It’s more brain fog than headache. Doing exercise really helps. But it not going away is what’s causing my stress to continue which is continuing my brain fog lol. Anyone got tips to reduce stress n get rid of brain fog?
