Thanks Mrs Dools, I ended up going to the doc my anxiety got the better of me and he put me on some mild medication the side effects are not to bad so far yes Im feeling it after the first pill and that was before I googled symptoms, but i did end up taking two magnesium and that helped because I took the pressure of myself to be asleep by a certain time I slept straight through there was still a couple of times I tossed and turned but I got around 7 hrs give or take half and hour. I was afraid of medication because of the side effects and so on and don't want to be on them forever so I'm definitely going to look into getting on top of my anxiety and why I have the fears I do just at the moment I figure I need some help along the way. Xx

Hi Leets,

It is great you have been to your Dr. You don't need to be on your medication forever. Some people just need the tablets to help them for a period of time. Yes, other people like myself need them constantly due to chemical imbalances that just don't want to sort themselves out.

When you pick up your medication from the chemist, you can ask for information sheets. Our chemist actually comes and explains every new medication I am prescribed. If you desire to learn more ask to speak to one of the chemists.

I think I might have been a baby the last time I had 7 hours of sleep! Ha. Ha. I have always been a very restless sleeper. My bed looks like tigers wrestled in all night long!

Good on you for wanting to look into why you have the anxieties in the first place. I hope you find the answers you need and solutions as well.

Cheerio for now from Mrs. Dools
