Hi Alwayworied and welcome to the forums.
Sounds like you are super anxious about going back to work tomorrow. Sounds like you are almost having panic attacks just thinking about it. Are you currently seeing a GP or psychologist regarding your anxiety? If so have they gone over calming techniques you could use when you are really anxious? I found them really helpful when I my anxiety was on high alert. My mental health nurse suggested deep breathing exercises and meditation. Although I only use deep breathing when having an attack I did find meditation useful in the long term. I just do it using an iphone app for 10 minutes before sleep. It helps stop my racing mind and it helps calm my anxiety. I suggest giving it a try. It took me a week to notice a difference. I used the app called "calm" but there are good ones for free in the app store.
Maybe trying some positive self talk might help. I know this sounds really silly but for me it works. I tell myself 'it will be fine, you can do this, you are strong'. I say it to myself over a few times and eventually I start to feel it. I try do positive self talk when I'm really anxious.
Hope some of this was helpful. I am sure it will go by tomorrow and you will be glad you did it. Sometimes the first step is scary and hard but the following steps are easier.
