Hi Missep.

Really hope you get the opportunity to visit your family in the near future. You must miss them greatly.

Cannot believe it has been nearly one year since I first spoke with you. I was a bit of a mess then but now feel well and hopeful.

Your friendship over this time has been so helpful and supportive.

Yay. I have sold my house so new plans on the horizon.

Take good care and stay strong.

Talk to you soon.

Hi Sarahbelle!

I can't believe it has been a whole year! That has gone both slowly and quickly for me!

I think that it's great that we are able to reflect on our growth, I'm so happy for you! I have definitely seen you grow and I am so glad that you are feeling well and hopeful.

Sorry for my delayed responses sometimes! Studying has been keeping me very busy 🙂

Sending happy and positive vibes!

Hi missep123,

I totally agree, we have come so far in 12 months.

On a personal level I've grown so much over CODVID, it really made me adapt and grounded me in a good way.

THE OBSTACLE IS THE WAY!

Regards,

D

Hi Sarahbelle

Just saying hello and thankyou for the balanced and helpful thread! I was fortunate as the counselling for my anxiety involved learning 'calm & genuine acceptance' of my anxiety symptoms/or any negative event

I know the 5 day lockdown was a pain (especially selling your home) yet my 'acceptance therapy' kicked in and it wasnt really a big deal. Congrats on the sale of your home...Nice1

have a great weekend 🙂

Hi guys!

I agree! I think that we have all grown so much and despite being a very challenging time has helped a lot of us to really think about what makes us happy and learn more about ourselves.

I really can't wait until things go back to normal but for now I think I'm okay which is a nice thing to feel

Hello.

It is a year to the day when Victoria went into lockdown and today we have no covid cases. So amazing and unbelievable at the same time.

Many parts of 2020 has become a blurr but such hope and promise on the horizons.

I have made so many connections on this thread and all of you helped me so much with your kind and gentle words. You were my allies and sounding board when things were tough and I will always be grateful to you.

I am also more strong today with a greater sense of purpose and what truly matters.

We all matter. We are all important and have a place on this earth to blossom and be kind to one another.

Moving forward I will keep in touch with this thread. We still have so much to share.

Keep well and thankyou for your well wishes.

Hi Sarahbelle!

That was wonderful to read 🙂 I am so happy for you!

This is definitely a cause for celebration, like you said today marks the day of when Victoria went into lockdown! It's so great that everything is looking up now and we have hope!

Hi Missep.

Well life goes on and seems to be so busy.

I have been away over Easter in the bush.

A lovely time to reflect and trace my mum's footsteps as a child.

Hope all is well with you and you are happy.

How are your wedding plans?.

Love Sarahbelle.🐕🐕🐕🐕

Hi Sarahbelle!

Great to hear from you!

That is so nice to honour your mum in that way, I think that is so lovely.

What did you do in the bush?

Thank you very much, I'm still very unsure! Perhaps a civil easy ceremony, I just want to take really nice photos that I can frame 🙂

How's your dog doing!

Hi Missep.

Cannot believe it is now one year that we have been chatting. So nice to still say hello and catch up.

I am sure your wedding photos will be beautiful and a lovely way to mark your special day.

In the bush I had such a lovely time imagining the life my mum had. It would have been a very sparse life, simple but filled with adventure and love.

I enjoyed breathing the fresh air and feeling close to my mum.

I miss her so much.

Where she came from in the Mallee is now only bush. All the township has gone.

My dog is too cute. So much fun and such a cuddly girl. We had a lovely walk in the park today.

How about your little pug?

Will it be in your wedding photos too, now that would be cute.

Enjoy the week ahead.

Take care. Talk soon.
