Anxiety airport

Weird question perhaps, but I am unsure who to ask. I have read some of the info on the airport website but only understand bits of it. I have issues speaking on phones, so I don't want to ring anyone up.

 Can anyone advise?

Once you land from domestic, walk of the plane. Then where do you go? I want to know in clear steps what happens then??

And also the flight and return has been booked and paid for online.

And once I get to my airport which is so much smaller.  Walk in the doors there, what happens then?

Hi Guest_1055

I'm not sure whether following information is what you need:

Arriving at the destination airport (from a domestic flight):
-Disembark the plane: Once the plane lands and reaches the gate, wait for the seatbelt sign to be turned off. ---Collect your belongings and exit the plane in an orderly manner.
-Follow the signs: After leaving the plane, you'll enter the terminal building. Look for signs that direct you to "Baggage Claim" or "Arrivals." Follow these signs.
-Baggage claim: If you have checked luggage, find the baggage carousel assigned to your flight (usually displayed on overhead screens). Wait for your luggage to appear on the carousel and collect it.
-Exit the airport: With your luggage in hand, proceed to the airport exit. If you have arranged for transportation or a pick-up, look for designated pick-up areas or meet your ride outside the airport.

Arriving at your departure airport for the return trip:
-Enter the airport: Walk into the main entrance of the airport.
-Check-in: Look for signs or monitors displaying your airline's name. Approach the check-in counter or kiosks for your airline. If you have already checked in online and only have a carry-on bag, you can skip this step.
-Drop off checked luggage: If you have luggage to check, you'll need to do so at the airline's check-in counter. --Show your ID and boarding pass, and they will take your luggage and provide you with a luggage tag.
-Go through security: Follow signs to the security checkpoint. Make sure you have your boarding pass and valid ID (such as a driver's license or passport) ready. Follow the instructions given by the security officers, which typically involve removing shoes, belts, and jackets, and placing your belongings into bins for X-ray screening.
-Proceed to your gate: After clearing security, find your departure gate. This information can be found on your boarding pass and on airport monitors. Arrive at the gate well before your boarding time.
-Board the plane: When your flight is called for boarding, follow the instructions provided by the gate agents. ---Have your boarding pass and ID ready, and wait for your boarding group or row to be called.

Remember that each airport may have different procedures, so except checking the specific airport websites for more detailed information, you can also ask the staff at the airport. Safe travels!

Thankyou so much Mark. Just needed a simple step by step, less anxiety that way. So yeah perfect
