Hi everyone

I have the above diagnosis and am interested in talking to others in the same boat but also just want to make new friends as it can be a lonely world out there in rl when you have a mental illness.

Hi and welcome 'Running up that hill';

It's not often we have members with Schizo-effective issues on this site, as we assist more people with anxiety/depression. As you have a dual diagnosis, any issues with mania/depression could be something we can help with. There are quite a few people here with Bipolar.

I'm not sure about your diagnosis of Schizophrenia though, as we don't often see people here with it and probably aren't equipped to understand. But maybe you could teach us a little of what you go thru and how you cope if you're up to it.
