Over life again
Thank you for finding the courage to post about your confusion. As you know, we are a supportive community.
We understand how draining chronic pain and chronic fatigue can be. We are sorry to hear that the person you were hoping would be there to support you is unavailable.
We would like to suggest you talk with your GP about setting up a mental health plan so you can meet with a mental health specialist who might be able to help you start working through everything that is going on in your life.
If you ever need to talk to someone about the craziness, the BeyondBlue Support Service counsellors are available 24 hours per day, every day of the year, at 1300 22 4636, or Lifeline on 13 1114.
Please remember that we are always here to support you.
Hello Freddy, I'm sorry for how you are feeling and what you are struggling with.
The reason why you and your ex broke up may not have been caused by you or even if it's the other way around, it could still mean you feel close to her, that's why you wanted to contact her.
It's not for me to determine this, however, as she has blocked you and made no intention of wanting to listen to you was not only a shock but certainly a disappointment.
I do understand how you have reacted and am truly sorry for having to suffer from this, and want to reach out to you so we can give you the support you're looking for.
When someone doesn't want to hear from you, especially after being in a relationship, then perhaps there are other avenues for you to consider, and I say this because many of us have been in the same position as what you are going through and really want to help you.
I hope I haven't been too forward here, but please if you can get back to us, that would be great.
