Hi,
I don't have a supportive family and I don't have any friends. I was wondering if anyone in the same boat wants to share coping strategies and also others who go past this post. It may not work for me or for others, but it's good to know just in case something works. I have strategies, but when that intense pain hits. Sometimes those don't work. I don't know if this has been already posted. I know we have our dbt and psychologists for support but more often than not we are by ourselves.

Hi Missintense, this is a great idea for a thread. Would you like to start the ball rolling by talking about strategies that have worked for you? What are some of the helpful things you've learned through DBT that you could share with the community, for those that haven't done DBT yet?
